Speak-A-Message is an application that provides you with an easy way to create and email personal voice messages. By using this program, you can make personalized eCards, image slideshows with audio background, and voice messages with attached photos.
You have access to a built-in audio recorder which helps you capture your comments for the voice message. The output quality is great and various settings can easily be configured according to your needs from the Options menu (choose encoding mode, enable noise reduction, etc.).
A great thing about using this application is that, after you create the personalized voice message, you don't have to run other programs to send the email. Directly from Speak-A-Message's interface, you get to send the messages via email, post them on Facebook or upload the results on the homepage of the developer.

Still, the application comes with two disadvantages: the speech recognition feature is unavailable on the Windows XP version and it fails to take screenshots.
